About Clayton Hart
Clayton founded Diverse Technology Solutions (DTS) in 1998, growing the company into one of North America's leading managed IT and private cloud providers. Over the next two decades, he successfully navigated rapid technological change, economic uncertainty, and sustained business growth before leading the company's successful acquisition by Ntiva in 2019.
That entrepreneurial journey gave Clayton firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges business leaders face every day. Today, he advises business owners, executive teams and investors on business strategy, technology adoption, operational improvement, and growth initiatives. His work increasingly focuses on helping organizations build processes and leverage data-driven decision making to gain a competitive advantage.
A nationally recognized speaker, Clayton has delivered keynote presentations, executive workshops, and educational programs for business leaders and industry organizations across the country. His expertise has been featured in Forbes, Yahoo Finance, MarketWatch, Newsday, Long Island Business News, CIO Magazine, and other leading business publications. He is also a contributing author to UNcommon: Common Sense but Uncommon Knowledge alongside renowned author Brian Tracy.
Beyond his professional work, Clayton is committed to giving back to his community. He has served for more than 17 years as Director of Community Service for the Islip Rotary and has supported charitable organizations, including Gift of Life. Outside of business, Clayton enjoys yachting and collecting rare and investment-grade automobiles, with a particular passion for Porsche. He also shares his knowledge of the Porsche market through his popular social media brand, 997byhart, where he connects with enthusiasts and collectors from around the world.
